The location is very central. The train station is within walking distance. The staff members are friendly and polite. I found secure parking very convenient. The beach is about a 13-minute walk away.

The shower's water pressure was minimal.

The reception staff was really good. A special thanks goes to Mr Rafael, who was excellent, helpful, professional, and dedicated. The staff always wears a smile and remains polite to all guests .

the room was a good size.

The bathroom was a problem. the shower had almost no water pressure. Taking a decent shower was impossible. also, the wi-fi never worked . i asked about it. Staff said it was a general issue in the area. this was frustrating because i needed internet access for work.

the cleanliness of the room was substandard. the mattress cover had some hairs and a stain. dirty cloths were left in the toilet. i find this unacceptable and unprofessional.
