The a/c didn't seem to work very well. After I told the staff, it was okay, but it stopped again after a few hours. The bathroom ventilation also had issues. It was not working properly. the room needed a better clean. There were stained walls.

The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance to many attractions and public transport hubs. The room was of a good size and it was clean. The staff were helpful and obliging when I needed assistance.

I found the room to be quite noisy because I could hear a lot of corridor activity.

The hotel has an excellent location near the central business district. A metro stop is only a five minute walk away, and this provides easy access to landmarks, plus, it is close to different shops and restaurants.
