I found an excellent location near everything. The front desk staff welcomed me WITH a complimentary upgrade to a double room. This upgrade gave me much appreciated space. The hotel has laundry facilities that are free to use!

The room had VERY limited natural light because the window faced a brick wall.

The check-in was efficient BECAUSE keys were given as soon as the room WAS ready AND staff provided complimentary water upon arrival. Front desk staff were polite, helpful, and courteous always.

The hotel offers complimentary amenities SUCH as coffee and tea, which ARE a nice touch. Free washing machines and dryers are available enabling guests to easily manage their laundry needs. Luggage storage is available after checkout which IS convenient.

Coffee and tea making facilities ARE available in the rooms providing a convenient option for beverages. Bottled water WAS supplied daily as part of the room amenities. I didn't know if breakfast was available though.

I found the location ideal for accessing both shopping and transport. the rooms were simple, but both the linen and bathroom were really clean. i also appreciated the helpful reception staff. They quickly addressed all my queries (making check-in smooth).

The location was superb, providing easy access to key attractions. I appreciated the proximity to public transportation. The train station was a short walk away. The room offered comfortable amenities, including a small refrigerator and a kettle. This was very convenient. I also found the staff helpful, promptly addressing a minor issue with the television.

The street noise at night was noticeable, especially with the window open.
