the location was ideal as it was close to transport. the staff were helpful and efficient. the room included a comfortable bed, i slept very well.

the room faced the street, it was quite noisy in the mornings. the cleanness could have been better. i noticed some dust in the corners.

I found a grocery store right across the street. This was very convenient. king's CROSS station is a short walk away. The hotel provides free laundry facilities. This is very useful. The staff were very helpful!

The noise from outside and other rooms disrupted my sleep. I could clearly hear conversations.

The hotel sits close to Kings Cross Station. I found many shops and restaurants in the immediate area. My room had a comfy bed and a good shower. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

I noticed the bathroom was small and had marks in the tiles.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

tasteful decoration relaxing ambiance

The hotel had a very tasteful decoration. I appreciated the market across the road (for quick snacks and essentials) and an abundance of cafes nearby. Transport was very easy, Kings Cross station being conveniently close. Our room faced the road and featured two windows, a relaxing ambiance. The bed was comfortable.

The room was quite small. The bathroom was especially tiny. I feel people of average size would struggle to maneuver comfortably in that space (i hope they will consider this).
