the staff was helpful and friendly. the hotel offered complimentary snacks and soft drinks in the room, a nice touch. i found the location great and it had heaps of character.

the hotel did not provide info on check-in, and there was no info in the rooms. the in-house dining was the only qr code available. we could not order at 8.10pm when we tried.

Mister percy's is amazing. I relished the great food, wine, and perfect service. the check-in staff were lovely and efficient. the location near the light rail made getting around easy, and the bed was comfy. i was also very pleased that the hotel recognized it was a special occasion (i was celebrating my wedding anniversary!).

the minibar had only two cans of drink (i thought it could be more generous).

the hotel is in a good location with quick access to darling harbour via pyrmont bridge. transport links are superb with the light rail close by. it is a beautiful walking route to the opera house, harbour bridge, and ferry quay.

i was charmed by the late-evening check-in, and the hotel personnel offered a room upgrade, a very nice touch i must say. this hotel really understands the needs of regular guests. the room was perfect for a short stay, and we used it just, nothing more.

the tv had only a few free channels available, a slight drawback.
