Underwhelming Experience Due to Several Issues
The location was acceptable.
I had problems with parking. The front desk staff was unhelpful. I was told to find street parking near major events. I received no advice about overflow options or overnight parking.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the pool was beautiful , like an oasis. breakfast or dinner was easy to grab at the restaurant .
the room was unsurprisingly small , but i stayed only briefly.

The room was very comfy and tidy. The location was very convenient to Oxford Street. I especially appreciated the complimentary mini bar (it was a nice touch!).
The elevator was not working . This meant I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs (a bit inconvenient). There was no parking available on site. I found this out after I was told on the website that parking would be available.

small room wet smell
The staff provided good service.
I was quite disappointed with several aspects of the hotel. The small size of the room was a problem, especially since there was no place to store clothes. The dank, wet smell was really unpleasant.
