The room included a useful microwave. I found the coffee machines located in the common lounge and breakfast area to be a bonus. A satisfying modest breakfast was available. It featured eggs, sausages, mushrooms, baked beans, ham, toast, cereal, and fruits.

My room's shower was a genuine problem. The hot water took forever to warm up, and even then, it was barely lukewarm, such a disappointment!

the location allows easy access to the botanical gardens and circular quay. it took only a short walk. the breakfast buffet was quite generous, a great value. the staff members were lovely and quite helpful.

the shower in my room was not great, unfortunately. the hot water took a few minutes to warm up. even after warming up, it was not especially hot. the rooms are dark, even on a sunny day.

The breakfast was included, it made mornings easier. the location was also nice, a short walk to many shops. i also liked the free coffee at night. It was a grateful touch after a long day.

the room had mold on the walls and ceiling and i did mentioned to the front desk. the employee said they have to keep it cheap and will spray it, and that wasn't acceptable. the balcony was small and dirty with sounds echos.

The location to the new south wales art gallery worked well. breakfast was excellent. I did not require lunch. the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. i found value for money here.
