okay stay with some drawbacks
convenient location public transport turndown service evening attentive staff crowded lobby front desk experience early check-in request
the location was super convenient to everything. it was close to the opera house and public transport. i could easily walk to circular quay. the staff was attentive, and i really appreciated the turndown service each evening.
the front desk experience was a little rough. i arrived after a long journey and early check-in wasn't offered. i had requested it beforehand, but it wasn't accommodated. the lobby seemed quite crowded and understaffed at the time.

amazing experience!
harbour view spacious room walk-in shower early access
i had a beautiful full harbour view room and the view was amazing!!! the room was super clean and very spacious, it had a huge tv too. i also loved the bathroom, it included both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. plus, celia gave me access to the spa to freshen up after my early flight before my room was ready!
the duvet felt a little bit uncovered, i found that a little icky, but it's a very minor detail.

The hotel gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It was perfect for my morning workout. the pool area featured twenty loungers plus a shaded section, ensuring all guests can relax comfortably, it was awesome.

i found the room service options reasonably priced. the location was fantastic, so handy for getting around. the hotel boasts a stylish bar off the lobby (it is called the grain).
i found that the sound insulation was not great, i could hear noise from the corridor. this was sometimes disruptive to my stay.

the room had everything i needed, i find it acceptable.
the bathroom was small and seemed like a budget hotel bathroom. there wasnt a separate toilet, i expected it in a luxury hotel. there was not much sink space and just a single counter so that wasn't enough.

The room service menu was reasonable. The bar off the lobby, called The Grain, was stylish. We enjoyed our time there. The location proved convenient. It offered easy access to many attractions.
