i stayed in a tower superior king room and it was great. the location was excellent EVERYTHING was so convenient. the breakfast had complementary coffee it was good.
the room was below average the blind on the window did not work well. hot water tap in the bathroom kept coming off WATER pressure in the shower was low. the staff at the front desk was awful!

i found my experience somewhat frustrating. the in-room ipad did not work correctly. i wanted to use it to order extra towels, but i received a message saying the request could not be processed. i had to call a customer service officer instead. this felt inconvenient and less efficient than it should have been.

The location IS excellent for shopping, dining, and transport. the hotel staff were helpful and friendly always. I never waited long. the lobby felt large and comfortable for short rests.
the service at reception during check-in seemed SLOW. i checked in online, yet the process was like repeating information. the name on the TV in my room did not match my own name.
