not quite the stellar experience i hoped for
early noiseconfusing minibar
I booked what i thought would be a relaxing stay, but a couple of things soured it. also, the minibar situation was confusing. No price list anywhere, so i avoided using it, unsure of what i might be charged. honestly, it felt a bit like they were trying to catch you out.
The location was really good, just a short walk to everything. I appreciated being close to many restaurants and the harbour. My room include a layout with a fantastic bathroom. The room service dessert tasted delicious. I ate it fast. I find the staff were so lovely. Everyone were really good.
The queue for check-in was really long, I was waiting for 20 minutes. Only two desks were open and guests had many questions.

I loved how clean and spacious the room was. The view of the harbor was great especially at night. Front desk staff were lovely and very helpful. I also enjoyed the bed. It was very comfy!
The check-in queue took a while, only two desks were open and guests ahead of me had many questions.

The food at Atelier tasted amazing and it offered many flavorful options. I also checked out the Champagne Bar. Pork skewers and chicken were moist. Cecelia provided service, she was bright and very attentive.

The hotel's location proved very convenient, places are easily accessible by walk. Close restaurants and bars. A tram stop across the street made getting around easy. It takes about 10 minutes walk to China Town.

The pool area was nice, even with not perfect weather. Frankie at the pool bar was wonderful and helpful. He made me a drink that wasn't on the menu. The drink was great so I ordered more.

The location are great and I could walk to most attractions. My room had modern decor and seemed to be well maintain. The hotel let me get to Darling Harbour and Circular Quay very easy.
The water pipe made lots of noise when I turned the water. The front desk person seemed tire and not cute.
