I found great comfort in the bed, it had excellent bedding. The room had many storage spots. Bathroom provides good soaps and bath care. Breakfast offered satisfying options with yummy food, I appreciated the option to press my own juice.
The lobby needs an upgrade. This is one thing I noticed.

I saw a pool with clear water. The gym includes modern equipment. I noted a sauna, spa bath, and a steam room. The gym is complete with everything a traveler needs for their workout routines.

i found the location across the street from hyde park. it was wonderful to have easy walks to shopping centers from here. the in-room dining service was excellent, and the hot box kept my food warm, i think it was a great bonus.
upon arrival, i was met with an offer to change my room from a king size room to a queen room. i found it difficult at first to comprehend what the clerk wanted me to do with my room. i sure expected to be treated better than that.

The location across from a beautiful park was certainly convenient. The in-room dining was quick. The food arrived still quite warm because of the insulated hot box. That detail really stood out to me.
Upon arrival, i was offered a room downgrade from a king to a queen. The clerk seemed persistent. The room i received was in the back of the building. It also felt quite small, honestly.
