excellent central accommodation
convenient location comfortable bed modern room
The location was very convenient. It was close to restaurants! comfortable beds ensured good rest. clean and modern rooms provided a pleasant environment. the breakfast was delicious. It had a good variety of options.
I noticed that the overall facility seems a bit old. especially the ventilation system needs some attention. It smelled not so good.

central location light rail helpful staff welcome wine
the proximity to central station made my arrival straightforward. i found the light rail access convenient, simplifying travel to various attractions. the staff was helpful with directions (i tend to get lost easily). complimentary wine offered a welcome touch upon arrival.
i noticed only one of three elevators was operational , leading to some waiting.

i noted several thai restaurants and coffee shops were a short walk. woolworths metro supermarket nearby offered convenient options for groceries. a complimentary breakfast was available, with a range of dishes for various tastes.

The room was spacious. The air conditioning worked well. I also enjoyed using the pool (it was very refreshing!).

fantastic inner-city stay
modern décor efficient staff convenient location comfortable bed
i found the room décor very modern and uncluttered. the staff were efficient and friendly (they even stored my luggage after checkout). the location was very convenient, close to public transport and a supermarket. the air conditioning worked very well, and the bed was comfortable.
i noticed that the lighting in the room was a bit dim.

the breakfast buffet offers a variety of choices (i was particularly charmed by the fresh fruit!). there are happy hour drinks and lunch deals available. the food quality is generally very good.

the room was spacious and clean. many sockets were available for charging devices (i counted more than six!). the cleaning staff maintained the rooms nicely each day of my visit.

mixed experience, issues noticed
musty smell non functional phone
the room was a 'superior twin room' BUT it had a musty smell, i could not get rid of. the phone in the room didn't work, a major INCONVENIENCE. i had to physically go to reception to report an issue, rather than calling. the staff didn't address the smell, they just apologized for the phone not working.
