Excellent Overall Experience
spacious apartment great pressure helpful staff
I appreciated the spacious apartment. The water pressure was EXCELLENT and water temperature was great. The staff were polite without being intrusive.
The noise level was a concern. I could hear activity in the hallways. The pillows were too soft, causing neck stiffness.

equipped kitchen open area recent upgrade
the suite was upgraded recently. it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. i especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, allowing me to cook meals. having a spacious open living area was very convenient.
the elevator voice sounded automated and repetitive. it announced every floor with the same tone. it became a minor annoyance . i wish it had more variety.

convenient location quick access extra utensils
The location directly above the rail line proved convenient. Quick access to both the station and the Westfield shopping center was a plus. I liked the extra utensils and tools provided in the kitchen.

The suite had a full kitchen with an oven and fridge-freezer. A sauna and pool were available. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The tap in the bathroom leaked slightly. I noticed this when I first entered the room.

the two-bedroom apartment had a great layout, providing privacy. ensuite bathrooms were a definite bonus. the central lounge offered expansive views. westfield shopping centre was easily accessible, alongside street shopping.
the bathroom sink drained slowly, a minor inconvenience .
