admirable hotel experience

beautiful decoration spacious room improved sleep

This hotel offered a superb stay. the room decoration was beautiful and spacious. i hired the aroma machine. Sleep quality improved considerably. ginger bread cookies and sweets were prepared for my son. He seemed pleased.

One receptionist was not helpful. i asked for some hand towels. They took quite a long time to arrive. there was no urgency shown during this service.

the hotel has a location perfect for exploring the rocks area. barrangaroo is also only a few minutes walk away. this provides easy access to various attractions.

the hotel staff provided perfect services and were thoughtful. they introduced new guests to the breakfast area. finding a doctor was quickly arranged when one of our group needed medical assistance.

the hotel offered housekeeping twice per day. the swimming pool had comfortably warm water, suitable for relaxation after sightseeing.

i noticed a slight delay in receiving requested information from the front desk one evening.

really good hotel

spacious room separate shower huge bed

the king beautiful harbor view room was spacious. it included a separate bath and shower in the bathroom. the bed was amazingly huge, and the room had a coffee machine, a dining table, and a three-seater fabric sofa. two comfortable seating chairs were available.

i think the hotel could improve information transfer during shift changes. personnel sometimes seek clarifications from previous staff. this repetition wastes time and can disrupt workflow.

personnel were really good in their delivery of service throughout the hotel, from entry to exit. staff had excellent customer service skills and training. everyone tried to assist in every possible way.

the beautiful double room city view was beautiful and clean. it included lovely amenities. the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were soft. quality was the key in every aspect of the room.
