the location was great for access to the fish markets. the staff responded quickly to requests i had. patty ensured i could access my room early. she also arranged a late checkout, which worked very well for my flights.
the toilet seemed to have a continuous water running problem. i also heard some noise from neighboring rooms late at night.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. They checked me in quickly. the hotel is conveniently located opposite the restaurant area of barangaroo. finishing my day with a drink at the bar was a nice touch after exploring.

harbor viewfriendly stafflight rail
i enjoyed the harbor view so much especially at night! bistro food was good too. staff are very friendly and very helpful. this hotel is close to the light rail and ferries. i can go anywhere!
the shower was a bit small.

my room offered decent natural light. the beds were comfortable and had enough pillows (i really appreciate that!). the bathroom included necessary toiletries and towels. the hotel's location allowed convenient walking to many attractions.
i noticed some noise from neighboring rooms. the walls seem a bit thin (it's something that should be improved). the flushing of the toilet was loud, and the button sometimes stuck, made the flushing noise continue.
