large room comfortable bed helpful staff
the room was large and the bed very comfortable the location is quite convenient to the terminals. the gym was well equipped i noted several treadmills and stationary bikes. i found cindy at the restaurant reception very helpful and always smiling
the bathroom drain was a little slow after i took a bath

fast delivery clean room polite staff
the room service delivery was fast, and the food looked appealing. the room was clean. staff were consistently polite and helpful . it was a pleasant surprise!
i had to ask for extra towels, which took a little while.
my room was spacious and had a great view. the check in staff were very friendly, they were very helpful.
The hotel was dark. Not enough lighting was available. breakfast was okay though, it was quite basic.

i liked the room. it was spacious and quiet. the blackout curtains was effective for daytime sleep. the hotel location was great for early flights. the walk to the domestic terminal was easy and fast.
the hotel charged extra for airport shuttle. i think a complimentary shuttle should be provided. especially considering the room rate. it felt a bit cheap.

weak shower disinterested staff
the shower pressure was quite weak. i struggled to rinse shampoo from my hair properly. the staff in the dining area did not seem particularly attentive (they seemed disinterested in serving guests).
