convenient stay near the airport
shuttle service comfortable room tea bags
the shuttle service provided good value. it also ensured quick access to the qantas domestic terminal. i found the room quite comfortable! more tea bags would be good, as i am a big tea drinker. there was no porter available but i found a trolley.
the outdoor garden area was dirty and not well-kept.

useful addition onsite parking
I found the location quite convenient, it was close to the airport parking. the dining table in the room was a useful addition. It allowed me to comfortably enjoy meals. we loved the onsite parking it made everything easier. the availability of food was good. I appreciated having options within the hotel.

train station easy walk friendly staff
the train station was an easy walk at 600m from mascot station. i walked to the domestic airport in only twelve minutes. the staff were friendly and ready to answer questions. the check-in process went smoothly since i had checked in online.
the tv in the room did not work.

mixed experience near airport
carpet stains noisy air conditioner
the hallway carpets had noticeable bleach stains. it was quite off-putting! another guest even asked my opinion on the hotel's standards during dinner. the room air conditioner was also very noisy. it made strange water sounds, and a musty smell occurred upon activation.

quiet room comfy bed efficient staff
the room was quiet! and the bed proved comfy. the shuttle to the domestic airport was helpful for my early flight! the staff at the front desk arranged the shuttle efficiently! and offered a wake-up call.
the in-room air conditioning seemed set to a fixed temperature.

shuttle service short walk ironing board
The shuttle service to the airport was very useful. the walk to the train station was short. i found an iron and ironing board in the room which was convenient. the sound minimising windows were helpful.
it would be great to have an easier delivery system to the room.

Breakfast offers many choices. the restaurant provides ample seating. i found the restaurant clean. The staff works hard to maintain hygiene standards. it opens early for those with early flights.
