mixed experience at this hotel

small room noisy air conditioning
the room felt surprisingly small and somewhat neglected it had cracks. the air conditioning made a racket and it didn't cool things down enough so it seemed like i was paying for a broken machine. this, which feels rather cheap for a place that claims to be high end.

Acceptable Stay

harbour bridge gluten free slow process assigned time
The location was good. I saw the Darling Harbour Bridge opening. If I stayed on the other side I would have dealt with an unexpected delay. The breakfast was the best thing. They have a gluten free section and salads.
The check in process was slow. Our room was not available at the assigned check in time. It became available after 4pm. I had to wait for over an hour.
