overpriced parking limited options
the central location was acceptable.
The valet parking seemed overpriced. 95 Dollars to park the car but without help to take luggage to the room felt excessive. i also asked reception for an android charger, the staff sounded very unimpressed. the mini bar range had limited options. This was disappointing to me.

Decent stay with some issues

convenient location breakfast buffet poor reception low pressure
The hotel has a convenient location near Pitt Street Mall and the Light Rail. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory. It offered a variety of choices to start the day.
The TV reception in my room was poor. The water pressure was also quite low. This made showering less enjoyable than I had anticipated. The spa in the pool area was not working. It was to have been out of service for a while.
