i appreciated the location. It was easy to walk to many places i wanted to visit. The hotel is near public transportation, that was convenient. The room was clean on arrival. The front desk staff assisted with directions.

Convenient Stay Close to Central Station

The location proved convenient as it was a short walk to the train station. Exploring the city was easy as George Street offers access to the Quay. Staff members displayed a friendly attitude and accommodated my requests efficiently. The room maintained a high standard of cleanliness .

The room featured double glazing and effectively minimised street noise adding to the overall comfort I found during my time there. I appreciated this. A double bed and two singles were included in the setup and were sufficient for my stay.

The staff offered luggage storage prior to check-in time which I found useful. Staff members were helpful. I was upgraded to a studio apartment with additional space I appreciated.

Breakfast facilities are not available. However some great asian shops surround the hotel and many dining options are within walking distance, so I found several places to eat nearby with a variety of cuisines.

I found it convenient to walk to the Capitol Theatre to see a show and also to go on a harbor cruise. Central Station is a short 6 minute walk from the hotel. Public transportation such as trains is easily accessible from this location.

the location was GREAT near the main shopping area. central station was a fifteen minute walk I found. this made things easy for me I believe. the markets are just across the road TOO and convenient. a washer and dryer are super things IT'S true.

the queen room was SO small that I felt closed in. the place smelt damp and MUSTY like. I don't know why this place is considered a four star hotel. it's definitely more like a two to three star hotel OR even bordering on a private hostel room to me.

i found the location very accessible. the facility was well presented. it was also very clean. the retro high ceilings were a nice touch and i could open the window to outside air. i closed it with extra insulation perspex and used the aircon. the beds were comfy. proper quilts were a perfect amount of coverage.

the lobby seemed a little old.
