I found the hotel's proximity to key attractions and transport hubs advantageous. The staff were consistently helpful and cute, promptly addressing my inquiries. Breakfast presented a very good selection of choices.

the hotel location suited my needs. it was close to train stations (i used them all the time!). my room was clean. the bed was comfortable too.
the room i had was small. it barely had space for anything (i had to be very careful moving around). natural light was minimal, which wasn't ideal.

The staff were friendly. I found them helpful with directions. The automated check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. My room was well-kept and clean. I was happy to find many shops and restaurants nearby, and most attractions were within walking distance.
The window in my room could not be opened, preventing fresh air circulation.

The hotel offered fast and easy check-in. I appreciated the friendly staff, who were always ready to assist. I found the location excellent, offering easy access to Circular Quay and many attractions. The hotel provides access to a nearby 24/7 gym, quite convenient.
The noise from nearby late-night bars made it difficult to fall asleep early.

The room was super clean and cozy with a functional layout. Blackout blinds were present. They ensured a dark room. The bathroom was spacious and very well kept (I especially liked the rainfall shower!).

the location ROCKS. i found convenient access to EVERYTHING i wanted to see. the room i booked had a super comfy king bed. breakfast was nice too, with a huge selection of pastries and HOT items.

the staff were not very helpful. parking instructions were not correct. i did not find free movies, even though i was told they were available.
