mediocre stay with some significant drawbacks

cramped room small tank

The room lacked proper storage. There were no cupboards for clothes and nowhere to put suitcases it felt cramped. the shower setup was odd with no bathroom door dividing it from the rest of the room. also, the rooftop pool seemed more like a small tank i could not really swim in it.

clean room spacious room humidity stain poor insulation

my room were clean. it also were spacious with a nice balcony. the spa facilities looked clean, timely, and quiet to me.

i found some maintenance issues. i noticed humidity stains on the ceiling and a worn out bed frame. the sound insulation were also poor, so i heard noises from other rooms easily.

Really good Hotel Near the Port

excellent location efficient staff great breakfast

The location was excellent for accessing boat trips. Staff booked taxis efficiently! The breakfast selection provided ample choice and the hotel kept the interior quiet at night. Rooms were clean.

The lack of milk or tea bags in the room was inconvenient. I had to purchase these at a nearby supermarket.

average stay with some disappointments

small room uncomfortable bed

the location was convenient for accessing shops and restaurants.

the room i had was quite disappointing. it was much smaller than expected, and there was barely any space to store my clothes. the shower leaked, and the bed wasn't very comfortable. also, the view from the window was awful.
