Constanza was amazing! She arranged a spa experience for my mother. I called needing assistance and she immediately provided everything I needed. It was so easy. She took all the hassle away!

The prices felt somewhat misaligned with the service level. Room service took over an hour, longer than expected. I requested a buggy and it arrived after half an hour.
