Wonderful Stay and Spa Experience

Constanza was amazing! She arranged a spa experience for my mother. I called needing assistance and she immediately provided everything I needed. It was so easy. She took all the hassle away!

The prices felt somewhat misaligned with the service level. Room service took over an hour, longer than expected. I requested a buggy and it arrived after half an hour.

The hotel offers spacious rooms! These rooms are impeccably maintained daily and provide a relaxing atmosphere. Every restaurant within the resort is highly recommended. You really don't need to leave the premises.

attentive fitness head nice experience serene atmosphere world-class service

the fitness head was very attentive to needs. Staff showed natural talent for creating nice experiences. Sophisticated design and a serene atmosphere provided comfort. World-class service was seamless, warm, and professional at every level.

the kettle cable in my room did not reach the socket, requiring furniture rearrangement to plug it in.
