onsite restaurants tasty food hotel gym old shower bad water pressure noise at night
the hotel had many restaurants on site. i had dinner at nobu. the food was very tasty there. the grounds include a nice gym and some shops.
the shower in my room was very old. there was mold and the water pressure was bad. the noise at night made sleep difficult. i could hear people walking above me.

a good and well kept stay
lush gardens gorgeous pool spacious room comfortable bed
the staff ensured i felt welcomed and well-cared for. the hotel features fine, lush gardens perfect for relaxed strolls, alongside a gorgeous pool area. my room was spacious and cozy. The bed proved comfortable, especially the pillows. i also appreciated the diverse dining options and the upscale ambiance throughout the hotel.
the beach is very narrow in the area without extra cost. it also has many rocks when entering the water.

The staff was always available and addressed requests quickly. Pepi received special acknowledgement for being really good. paola at the breakfast area was very cute. Her attentiveness enhanced the dining experience, ensuring guests felt comfortable and valued. this level of service consistently stood out.

the breakfast included many choices and catered to all tastes, even young children were pleased. cheat restaurant provides a very good hamburguer, the quality of ingredients and preparation were apparent. there are 17 restaurants on site, providing diverse dining options.

The room featured a flat screen tv and a large wardrobe. aqua di parma toiletries were provided. The shower included body, hand, and overhead rain systems. an illy coffee machine was in the lounge. It was easy and practical to use.

varied cuisine excellent buffet botanical garden
the resort features multiple restaurants with varied cuisine options. i found the breakfast buffet excellent with plentiful choices. the grounds showcase a botanical garden perfect for leisurely strolls.
the in-room wifi signal was intermittently weak though i managed most tasks.

fine gardens professional staff poor insulation dated rooms
The gardens feature streams and fountains. The breakfast offered an enormous choice. The staff was friendly. The staff was professional.
The room was dark and lacked natural light. The balcony overlooked the garden areas and lacked direct sunlight. The rooms are quite dated. The noise insulation was poor.
