I had a really pleasant experience. the staff were always available and very helpful. my room had a fantastic balcony with sea views (i even spent some time watching the ships). the location was also quite convenient. It was near local transport routes.
The wifi signal in my room wasn't very strong. It made it a little difficult to work sometimes (but it was manageable).
