underwhelming stay, some issues present.

broken dishwasher dirty floors

The dishwasher in our unit wasn't working properly, this was quite annoying. the washroom floors were also really dirty. A tissue turned black when i tried cleaning. there was no room service available, so i had to pick up orders myself.

Acceptable stay with a few issues

noise level timeshare sales

The grounds are well kept, which i appreciated.

The noise level was a HUGE problem. I could hear everything from the family above me (especially the kids) and there seemed to be little soundproofing. This made it difficult to relax, even in supposedly "quiet zones. ". i found the emphasis on timeshare sales quite off-putting. I did NOT appreciate being approached during my vacation (it felt inappropriate).

decent resort

easy access beach access beautiful gardens timeshare model confusing model sales tactics inappropriate sales

the location is perfect with easy access to the beach. the gardens inside the resort are beautiful. they offered a feeling of calm. it was what i needed.

the resort work under a timeshare model and its confusing. it was off-putting. i expected a normal hotel experience, but i get pressure to buy timeshare shares.

decent stay, some disappointments

dirty floors cleaning inconsistency

I found a few things not so great. first, the cleaning wasnt consistent. The washroom floors felt dirty despite supposedly being cleaned. when i tried to wipe them with a tissue, it turned black. also, they forgot to clean the room at the end of the first week and only offered a simple sorry after i asked about it.
