helpful staff fine location fantastic job

the staff was helpful (i really felt welcome). the location was fine with lovely restaurants close by. cleaning staff did a fantastic job making the hotel so clean.

i noticed a slight noise issue because the rooms were not completely soundproofed.

The location had great views.

I was disappointed that I had to pay extra to use the safe. I also couldn't make coffee in the room as there was no kettle. This seemed overpriced for what was offered.

superb location good variety warm room dismissive staff

The hotel had a superb location directly on the beach. Breakfast offered a good variety of options each morning. The pool was great. The sun terrace allowed for relaxation.

The air conditioning was not turned on upon arrival. This made the room quite warm. I had to request it multiple times before it was activated. Some reception staff seemed dismissive of requests.
