solid stay with great room features

mini fridge helpful staff necessary facilities

The family room included a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and fan. this was like having a home away from home. the staff was helpful. They were very accommodating. a dining area provided all the necessary facilities for meals.

a few issues impacted my stay

broken curtains missing toiletries

the room had plenty of plug sockets which i appreciated.

the curtains were partly off the rail so my husband reattached them to fully close them the shower lacked toiletries i had not brought any the room also had some rubbish under the beds i also thought the bed was quite uncomfortable so i did not sleep well.

Acceptable Stay Overall

great location easy staff hanging curtains uncomfortable bed

The location was great. It was very close to the open air theatre (this made attending a concert very easy). The staff members were approachable and easy to talk to. I was happy to feel welcome as soon as I walked in.

The curtains were hanging slightly off the rail. My husband fastened them back on, so we could close them (this was a bit annoying). I also found rubbish under the beds. The pillows were comfy, however the bed was uncomfortable.

A decent stay

nice location free tea cramped room static pillowcases

I found the location nice. The beach was just across the road. I also enjoyed the seating area outside. Help yourself to free tea and coffee in the dining room. It was nice to take a cuppa outside.

The room felt cramped. It was in an attic and it was room number 7. The mattress springs were poking through, though the bed linen was clean. The grey nylon pillowcases were very static and my hair stood on end.
