The hotel staff was really helpful. They accommodated us for an extra night without any hassle. I enjoyed the sea views from our room. The location was near the beach, castle, and harbour, it made it easy to explore the area.
On arrival, a lady answered the door. I assumed she was the owner, though she didn't introduce herself. The ensuite bathroom was small and narrow and the corner shower felt a little cramped. Parking was difficult. The street was very busy.

Excellent Stay with Amazing Sea Views

friendly staffearly check-inparking permitsea view
The staff were very friendly and cute. They promptly arranged an earlier check-in for me. A street parking permit was provided, saving a lot of money. I easily found parking near the hotel. The room had comfortable beds and a beautiful sea view. The full English breakfast was delicious each morning . The hotel has a great location, quite close to the castle, the harbor, and many town eateries.
The bathroom was slightly small compared to the room size. The room design looked a little dated.
Service
9/10
The service was excellent. Extra tea and coffee were available all day and night. The staff were attentive , ensuring all needs were met promptly.
Dining
10/10
The breakfast included a wide selection of cereals , fruits, yogurts , and juices. Cooked breakfast items included full English , scrambled eggs, and poached eggs. Toast with jams was also available.
