i loved how friendly the staff were. they helped with our bags and gave us lots of information. the hotel felt luxurious, and our room was amazing! the bed was huge and comfy, and everything was cleaned daily.

the soundproofing in my room was not great. i could hear doors closing and hallway noise pretty clearly. they need carpet in the hallway to help reduce echoes and quieter door hinges would be awesome!

the room had a bright atmosphere and space, with two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. air conditioning was very efficient, and there were sufficient outlets for all my devices. the bed was comfortable.

Lunch service near the pool offered a reasonably priced menu. the bar served excellent cocktails, and the staff were very attentive. i tried the burger one day and a salad the next. Both were fresh and tasty!

The staff offered recommendations for local restaurants, and they were helpful with directions. check-in was efficient. I was shown to my room within minutes of arriving. overall, they were very responsive to any request.

The staff was super attentive to every request. The pool area offered a calm and nice setting for relaxation. Our room had two rooms separated by the bathroom. It worked well for our family.
