dirty filter strong smell
the air conditioner filter was quite dirty (i should have checked it earlier). this resulted in a terrible experience when i attempted to use it. it seemed to turn on every morning, causing me some minor breathing issues. additionally, there was a noticeable strong smell present in the reception area.

surprisingly good stay!
convenient location easy travel nearby plaza
The location worked really well for me. it's near the tram and train station, made travel to benidorm easy. the airport bus stop is also conveniently at the bottom of the road, which i appreciated. nearby, i found a nice plaza with bars and restaurants within a short walk. It was very convenient.
The wifi was poor . It kept dropping out frequently. reconnecting was a hassle, often requiring multiple attempts. even when connected, i couldn't work effectively due to the unreliable connection.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It's not far from the market with amazing food. the playa postiguet beach is a 10-minute brisk walk away. it's ideally situated in the city center.

small room corridor noise
The room proved to be quite small , a point that detracted from the overall comfort. the noise levels were unacceptable. Sounds from adjacent rooms and the corridor penetrated the walls easily. This lack of soundproofing severely impacted my ability to rest adequately. The front desk staff seemed indifferent to my complaints about the noise. These issues need addressing to ensure a more restful environment.

local recommendations super clean room fantastic shower air conditioning mini fridge not ideal location
the receptionist was very helpful , giving recommendations for local spots. my room was super clean. the shower was also fantastic.
the air conditioning did not work in my room , which was unfortunate. there was not a mini fridge available. i found the location to be not ideal.
