the hotel has excellent location near the basilica. the rooftop terrace has views of the castle. friendly staff was always ready to assist. my room had nice balcony with church view.

i noticed slight imperfections on the walls, nothing major, but it did affect the overall appearance a bit.

i appreciated the hotel's central location close to the beach i could easily walk to nearby attractions i also found the availability of free filtered water to be very helpful throughout my stay.

my room faced a plaza the noise from late-night discussions in the reception area was noticeable the thin walls did little to block out the sounds it made sleeping difficult.

fantastic stay near basilica

perfect location rooftop terrace free luggage storage

The location was perfect. it was very close to all attractions, bars, and restaurants. the rooftop terrace offered a nice view. I enjoyed the santa barbara castle view. the staff let me store luggage for free after my check out. This helped a lot.

the wall insulation was thin, so i could hear noise from nearby rooms.
