The staff helped transfer luggage straight from the pier to our room. it was a short ten minute walk from the pier and quiet at night. That was important. they even arranged a private long-tail boat and snorkeling tour for us at a fair price. the rooms are super accessible and clean. the bed was comfy!!!

the absence of a bar open later into the evening was felt. we desired a relaxing drink at the hotel, but the bar closed quite early.

The room offered air conditioning that worked perfectly and kept the space cool. there was a tv with streaming services available. This was very welcome in the evenings. the shower was excellent, giving a great experience after a day in the sun.

The breakfast buffet presented many different choices. I found it varied and tasty. the breakfast staff are attentive. They ensured everything was replenished. it was a good way to start the day.

Kayaks were available for free use for two hours. we also purchased ferry tickets to our next destination through the hotel. It was convenient. the front beach location allowed for easy swimming and sunbathing. It was superb.

the lack of soundproofing in my room really bothered me. i could hear everything from the adjacent room, and the noise kept me awake most of the night. the shower also sprayed water everywhere.. this was frustrating

Staff organised luggage transfer from the pier straight to the hotel. Our room was easily accessible and CLEAN. THE bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean.

There is no phone in rooms and nobody is at reception past 6pm. A security guard is present but his English is limited. MY room desperately needed sound proofing.
