the location was superb. it was close to shops and restaurants. the beach was within walking distance. the hotel had a transfer service from the pier, a great advantage. the breakfast area was spacious. even when the hotel was full, tables were available during breakfast. the breakfast was also very good.
the pool seemed smaller than in the photos. the restaurant was very busy. i found the staff looked somewhat unenthusiastic. the electric points in my room kept shutting off. an electrician did fix it quickly each time, but it was still a hassle. the cleanliness in my room wasn't great. the glass surfaces weren't wiped down properly.

the room was spacious. the bathroom included two separate sinks. the gym had several machines. i appreciated the bus service to the airport as it was convenient. the concierge arranged it quickly. the pool looked clean and quiet when i saw it. i relaxed near the pool.

The hotel sits very close to the beach! Walking distance makes it easy. My room was spacious. The bathroom had a beautiful design! Breakfast included many choices. The food tasted wonderful! The staff remained very attentive .
I had to walk a long hallway each time to reach my room. This became inconvenient, especially with luggage!

My Premium King Room had a balcony and provided excellent garden views. The room included air conditioning! It had a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. The bed was very comfortable.

The swimming pool was large and clean and always felt refreshing. The hotel gym had treadmills, stationary bikes, and free weights. Plenty of bars and restaurants were very nearby. This location worked perfectly.

The breakfast buffet had so many options. I was impressed! They changed the menu every day. It was nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I also really liked the coconut water welcome drink. It was very refreshing.
The gym was a little crowded during peak hours.

Rak Hang Thai restaurant in the hotel served great and delicious food. The breakfast buffet includes many options such as eggs and options for vegetarians and vegans. There was plenty of choice. The food was AMAZING!!!

The hotel includes a gym that is well equipped and well maintained. The pool area is clean and quiet. The hotel is within a walkable distance to the beach and longboats towards Railay. It is good for families.

The staff are polite, friendly, and very helpful. Concierge service can arrange bus service to the airport. Spa services at Antique Spa in the hotel are wonderful. The cute staff always had the broadest smile.

The hotel is located in a great location close to shopping. It is conveniently located near restaurants and mini markets. It is a short walk to the beach. A 7-Eleven is across the street.
