The staff were helpful. They checked in on us daily. this was acceptable.

The pool was not refreshing. by mid-morning the pool was mildly refreshing, but later it reminded me of a warm bath. i preferred showering in my room to cool down. This was very disappointing. also, there were too many flies around the pool area.

Location was excellent. I easily walked to the boardwalk for dining under palm trees. Hotel staff was helpful. The food at the hotel was good. Prices for food and drink were reasonable. I appreciated the well-equipped gym. It was a great location for a beach holiday.

The hotel is vast and dated. It felt more for old adults only. The dark wood and marble decor was not to my taste.

I ADORED the spacious rooms. They seemed like a true retreat. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, a DREAM when you need to escape the heat. The location was superb. Food options were plentiful JUST outside the resort.

The room decor felt a little dated to me. It could use a refresh. The pool areas sometimes felt crowded. Finding a quiet spot was tricky. The breakfast selection, while extensive, seemed a tad repetitive.
