the staff always greeted me with a smile! the pools provided so many options for swimming and relaxation, i just loved them. the location was super convenient with easy access to local attractions, i was so excited!

the gym equipment seemed a little dated.

FANTASTIC family getaway!!!

The kids' club was GREAT! Daily activities and evening movies kept my children entertained. The staff took wonderful care of them. Pom, Ammie, Rose, and Apple were attentive and kind to my kids. Nadear at reception greeted us with a HUGE smile. She helped us check in easily and explained all the amenities VERY well. Ta and Queen made the BEST cocktails and waited on us with kindness. Din and New were lovely and cheerful, we were happy.

The breakfast included many choices, catering to different tastes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection and the omelette station, prepared with AMAZING skill. The restaurant staff was attentive.

The room had a comfortable bed and a private balcony. Bottled water was stocked daily, and the room was cleaned regularly. The air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.
