helpful service poolside room
I experienced helpful service at this hotel. The poolside room was perfect. I found the shower facilities excellent. Room service was prompt and efficient.
I found ants in the room upon arrival. The hotel moved me to another room. This room still had ants and mosquitoes. I received several bites .

I enjoyed the fast check-in and check-out process. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food options. The front desk staff were courteous. Natty provided wonderful service with a smile.

great location relaxing pools
the location was fantastic it was a short walk to the beach and nearby shops the hotel also had several nice swimming pools with plenty of space to relax i loved the convenient access to local attractions the hotel provided easy access for exploring the area.

The breakfast included many options and fresh choices. i enjoyed the pools a lot. they had comfortable loungers available (i especially loved the swim-up bar!). the location was great. I found it was close to many shops and restaurants.
the elevator seemed a little slow sometimes.

a decent stay
good facilities dining options helpful staff slow check-in minor maintenance slow room change
I enjoyed having access to good facilities like the pool and gym. The gym had a satisfactory range of equipment. i also appreciated the variety of dining options available at the hotel. most of the staff provided very good service, which i found very helpful.
The check-in process was a little slow. I noticed a lot of guests needed attention at once. i also found some minor maintenance issues in the first room i was assigned. the front desk did move me to a renovated poolside room, though it took some time.
