broken roof rude staff

The breakfast area, being outside, became a bit of a hazard. A strong wind came and it DESTROIED half the roof. The staff tried holding it up with ropes, which didn't exactly inspire confidence in safety. I wanted to take my food to my room, but they Refused. I think it's just common sense

fantastic family stay!

I chose this place because it seemed great for families. the hotel features several pools. direct beach access. a kids club is available. My children especially enjoyed the nightly activities with bernie and lolo (they still talk about it). the hotel also offers free food for kids.

i wish the bathroom cleanliness was better upon arrival. however, staff addressed it quickly.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating to our family's needs. they organized additional shows and offered attractions for children. the hotel even provides beach toys for children in containers by the beach.

overcrowded restaurant insufficient staff

The rooms were large and equipped well enough. I found everything acceptable.

The main restaurant was severely overcrowded during breakfast and dinner. Staff did not clean tables quickly enough. There was not enough staff to manage the volume of guests.

I found the resort ideally suited for families with kids. The hotel boasts multiple pools. My kids especially enjoyed the water slide! I also liked the convenience of having direct access to the beach.

I noticed that the corridors and stairwells could use a bit more attention to cleanliness.

The resort has four large swimming pools with warm water and a water slide. Breakfast offered many options and good food. Staff members were friendly and helpful, which I found especially appreciated. I saw the rooms were spacious and well-kept with comfortable beds.

I noticed the gym lacked air conditioning, which I felt should be fixed soon.
