the gym is modern and clean WITH a nice shower area. the staff are friendly and ALWAYS happy to assist.

the elevatorS and corridor lights stopped functioning after heavy rain. pools filled with brown muddy water. it was hard to use stairs from the sixth floor WITH a baby stroller. No one Apologized.

The resort has a wide range of amenities. The hotel is meticulously clean. The staff is cute. They contribute to a warm atmosphere.

My check-in was rushed. It wasn't explained where to find everything. I didn't even get shown where to find the elevator to my room. I booked a room which was dated.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

unique atmosphere lush greenery frequent shuttle nice stay

The hotel has multiple swimming pools, I visited several and each offered a unique atmosphere. The grounds are extensive and beautifully maintained with lush greenery everywhere. I especially liked the convenience of the frequent shuttle service, it made getting around the large hotel very easy. The staff were very cute, their smiles and attentiveness.

I noticed some minor wear and tear in the room, such as slightly outdated decor.

fantastic stay with great service

vast garden executive lounge excellent breakfast sea view suite

the vast garden setting really impressed me it gave the hotel a true resort feeling the executive lounge access on the 12th floor was a real treat providing panoramic sea views i enjoyed cocktails and food there the hotel had an excellent breakfast serving with inside and outside seating overlooking large pools my seaview suite offered a functional design with a large balcony perfect for sunset views. i found shops restaurants and bars within easy walking distance outside the hotel.

i did notice the lighting around the hotel wasn't great at night it felt a bit like a haunted house this could definitely be improved for better visibility.
