fantastic beachfront experience!
helpful staff easy access
I found the staff super friendly and helpful. they were very good when i lost my phone (even translating with locals who found it!). the pools are large and offer easy beach access. A convenience store is right outside.
the resort seems a bit outdated. my room's furniture was tired, and the bathroom could use some updating.

musty smell weak air conditioning
the hotel is right on the beach, a really nice location.
my room had a musty smell, and i found some mold in the bathroom. the air conditioning was very weak, and it struggled to keep the room cool. i requested a room change, but the staff said nothing was available.

slightly underwhelming stay near the beach
musty smell street noise
The initial impression wasn't fantastic. The room felt a bit neglected. there was a persistent musty smell, and i spotted some questionable stains on the carpet. It could use a refresh. also, the noise from the nearby street was quite noticeable, particularly early in the morning. I guess earplugs are essential.. that isn't exactly the serene escape one hopes for.

humid room repetitive breakfast
the location worked. the beach was right there.
the air conditioning was a problem. it was either too cold or off. the room ended up feeling humid regardless. also, the breakfast options felt repetitive after a few days. i wished there were more variety.

room size daily cleaning excellent meal
i found the rooms to be a good size. daily cleaning was thorough, covering everything i needed. the hotel grounds are well-kept, though some minor upgrades could enhance the overall appeal. breakfast offered a satisfactory selection, and the seaside restaurant provided excellent meals.
i noticed the rooms lacked elevators, which presented a challenge with luggage and accessibility to upper floors. it would be beneficial to have this addressed, especially with mobility issues or heavy luggage. this absence slightly impacted the convenience of my stay..

The room assigned was a Beautiful King Room Ground Terrace. I noticed thorough cleaning daily. The room had everything I needed.
The gym was small. The free weights space felt somewhat unsafe.
