Really good Service and Prime Location

The staff was kind. Claudia at reception were very good. David at breakfast provided a wonderfully personal touch, remembering our orders and ensuring everything was perfect (the service was excellent). I upgraded to the Junior suite with a balcony and pool view. The value was excellent. The location is ideal, a short walk to the sea and shopping area.
The underground parking was designed for smaller, older cars. Larger modern vehicles may find it difficult to maneuver. The spaces are quite tight.

The family room was clean. It was cleaned to a good standard daily. Comfortable beds were present and the room had everything we needed. A warm welcome was received by receptionists after a late flight. They were always polite throughout our stay.

The hotel is near the beach and the Martinez hotel. Secure underground parking exists. This is a plus. I found the area to be a short walk from the beach and other points of interest.

The pool was heated, a bonus. The breakfast was tasty and well-stocked. There were sufficient loungers by the pool (I counted at least 10) and the area looked clean and well kept.

i found the hotel to be excellent! the staff were very attentive, and the swimming pool area was a great surprise, especially considering how central the location is. i also appreciated the functioning air conditioning, essential . the breakfast was fantastic.
the car park design seems outdated. it wasn't really suited for modern car sizes.

the bridal suite terrace offered ample space, it was ideal. air conditioning worked efficiently, it was essential. i found the breakfast tasty and it was always well-stocked. the staff was warm and friendly, they were always helpful.
the hallways did smell of cigarettes some mornings.

the family loved our room. a presidential suite terrace was perfect for us. the rooms had great space. the terrace was an amazing sun spot. fridge and microwave was very good for all.
the electric fire alarm kept alarming. it disturb my sleep.
