i stayed in the king room. it had a four poster bed, the sheets were egyptian cotton. the balcony offered views of the beach. breakfast was cooked perfectly and a wide range of choices were available.

warm welcome clean room attentive service

i loved the warm welcome i received the team was amazing and check-in was swift. i found that breakfast offered so much choice all the food was well prepared. i seemed like royalty with such attentive service. on departure the staff waved me off like an old friend.

the lights and technology in the room seemed not so well planned and the bathroom lighting was somewhat poor.

fresh breakfast helpful staff amazing shower poor lighting five star hotel room cleaning

The breakfast was lovely and fresh. The orange juice was superb? i really enjoyed it. the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service. the shower was amazing, it was a great experience.

On arrival, the hotel didn't seem 5 star, it was nice but not luxury. the bathroom lighting was very poor. It made it difficult to see properly. the room was not cleaned after 1 night, i found that to be quite inconvenient.

Acceptable stay

The staff provided excellent service . The room included nice extras such as bottled water, robes, and slippers. Breakfast offered many choices and the quality was high.. the service was also excellent.

Upon arrival, the building did not appear to be a five-star hotel. The room was clean. the lighting in the bathroom was quite poor. The room was not serviced after the first night, but fresh towels were left outside the door on day two without removing the used ones.

Claire and Mark were really good hosts. They created a luxurious and cute atmosphere. The bedroom featured tasteful decorations and great comfort. I found the bathroom super clean, which showed true care in maintaining every detail. I especially enjoyed the amazing breakfastwith fresh ingredients and was cooked perfectly. It was a trip highlight!

Upon arrival, the worn balcony didn't quite match the overall impression of luxury. The balcony was not big enough to stand.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities

soft robes accommodating staff

The robes were ultra soft. I found a good choice for breakfast. The provided tea, coffee, water bottles, biscuits, and sweets were a nice touch. Front of house staff was accommodating and polite (Abbie was hard working!).

The hotel didn't immediately strike me as a five-star experience upon arrival. The balcony looked a bit worn. The bathroom lighting was insufficient.
