jay was very cute, and nothing was too much trouble. the hotel was clean and tidy throughout my stay. towels, soaps, shower gel, and ample toilet roll were provided in the room. the family room was spacious enough with room to spare.

the manager asked many personal questions. i found this a bit intrusive. it seemed like an overstep of boundaries.
