Really good Stay, A Wonderful Experience!

The room was neat and included everything necessary. I found the bed comfortable for good sleep. I appreciated the tidy condition of the premises (cleanliness is a big plus for me).

The hotel is recently refurbished, and this really shines through. It looked amazing. I noticed the secure access system. It provided extra peace of mind. Storing luggage after check-out was simple.

The breakfast was a continental style meal (especially I liked fresh croissants!). I would like to note though, I wish there was scrambled eggs on the menu. I was very happy with available coffee and tea.

building is beautiful and on a charming street. our compact double room included all we needed, was cozy, and was well-equipped. location is fine, just a short walk from the subway station. complimentary breakfast buffet is served every morning and i enjoyed it.

staff talk to you like you're stupid and that isn't nice. the housekeepers smoke while cleaning the rooms, that is annoying. front desk staff don't communicate well. rooms did not looked like pictures.

The tube station access is super easy. It's just steps away! My room was super clean and included a coffee machine! I had breakfast included, so convenient before heading out each morning!
