the staff was great. the room it WAS lovely. it had all the basic necessities i needed for a pleasant stay. the location provided easy access to many attractions.
the room fridge WAS not working when i arrived. this made storing drinks difficult. Also there was drilling noises, it was so disturbing.

The interconnected rooms were convenient for our family. They were clean and quiet. The swimming pool was wonderful. We enjoyed evening cocktails at the pool bar and the friendly staff helped.

Excellent Stay on Yas Island

The location provided convenient access to the Y2 bus service and the beach. My standard room offered a nice view of the plaza (especially at night). Naresh, the housekeeping staff member, was very helpful. The hotel staff provided extra water bottles upon request.
The initial check-in process was somewhat slow, and water was not offered during the wait. Access to the car park was only available through the car entry point, a little inconvenient.

The breakfast buffet featured indoor and outdoor seating options. A variety of options were available, including eggless pancakes prepared upon request (the omelets were made fresh). The staff remained friendly and cute during peak hours.

The breakfast selection was wonderful (I really loved the fresh fruits!). The location is convenient. It is just a short taxi ride to many attractions. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They easily accommodated a late checkout request I made.

wow! yas island gem!

the hotel location is superb! it was only a quick taxi to yas mall and ferrari world! our room upgrade gave us so much space and a lovely view of the area. i dined at the italian pizza restaurant and the food was delicious. the pool and pool bar staff were very attentive.
the valet parking attendant drove a bit too fast in the parking area.

the wi-fi signal was weak. it buffered constantly so streaming anything was impossible. also, the ice machine on my floor was out of order for the duration of my stay. this meant trekking to another floor late at night just to get ice and really who wants to do that

The upgrade to a suite during check-in was a good surprise. I appreciated the added space! The room offered great views from the balcony, which I enjoyed. The location is convenient. It's close to the airport and the Yas Island facilities. Theme parks are easily accessible from the hotel, a plus.
The hotel experienced a cost increase, and drilling noises occurred . It was slightly irritating, though, not a major issue.

The hotel is near a bus station. This allows convenient access to various attractions. Several objectives on the island are easily reachable, like WB and Yas Aquaworld. Car rentals are available 200 meters from the hotel.
