the staff was great. the room it WAS lovely. it had all the basic necessities i needed for a pleasant stay. the location provided easy access to many attractions.

the room fridge WAS not working when i arrived. this made storing drinks difficult. Also there was drilling noises, it was so disturbing.

Excellent Stay on Yas Island

The location provided convenient access to the Y2 bus service and the beach. My standard room offered a nice view of the plaza (especially at night). Naresh, the housekeeping staff member, was very helpful. The hotel staff provided extra water bottles upon request.

The initial check-in process was somewhat slow, and water was not offered during the wait. Only one lift serviced the entire hotel, leading to extended wait times. Access to the car park was only available through the car entry point, a little inconvenient.

The breakfast selection was wonderful (I really loved the fresh fruits!). The location is convenient. It is just a short taxi ride to many attractions. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They easily accommodated a late checkout request I made.

The elevators were a bit slow during peak hours, I will say.

wow! yas island gem!

the hotel location is superb! it was only a quick taxi to yas mall and ferrari world! our room upgrade gave us so much space and a lovely view of the area. i dined at the italian pizza restaurant and the food was delicious. the pool and pool bar staff were very attentive.

the valet parking attendant drove a bit too fast in the parking area.

The upgrade to a suite during check-in was a good surprise. I appreciated the added space! The room offered great views from the balcony, which I enjoyed. The location is convenient. It's close to the airport and the Yas Island facilities. Theme parks are easily accessible from the hotel, a plus.

The hotel experienced a cost increase, and drilling noises occurred . It was slightly irritating, though, not a major issue.
