the location proved convenient, situated directly on the beach, a feature i found acceptable.
I encountered a significant issue with undisclosed fees. the advertising omitted resort fees, this led to a higher final bill than expected. the lack of transparency regarding these costs was quite disappointing. It made me question the overall value.

The staff were helpful. The pool area was clean. Breakfast was delicious. The waitstaff were prompt. I also found the location convenient for accessing nearby stores.
There was no mattress. The TV and telephone did not work, so I needed to call maintenance. I saw a roach in the room too.

the hotel is near many shops and cafes. the direct access to the ocean was the best feature. adults could borrow bikes at no cost and i appreciate this amenity.
the furniture was worn, and the carpet seemed dirty. the hotel was the only one on our trip without an in-room coffee machine. i think the coffee maker is basic nowdays.

i was thankful for the breakfast being very nice. the hotel had a very nice pool and also a beach bar. they have this young girl who get you drinks or whatever you want it down at the beach, with comfortable chairs and umbrellas.
no one assisted with luggage, i had to carry my own bags. the carpet in the building by the ocean we were in, it was disgusting. there were dark spots and blotches all down hallways. the chairs on our ocean front room were cheap and also uncomfortable.

The location was great. It was close to many offsite restaurants plus anything else I needed. The ocean view balcony offered amazing views. I also loved being so close to the beach.
