The location is excellent, near the beach and restaurants. Our room offered a wonderful ocean view. Cleanliness was maintained well, with cleaning occurring every two days. The hotel surprised me with cake and champagne on my birthday. I felt charmed.
The air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently and produced a loud noise, it made restful sleep difficult.

The staff was always helpful, and the lifeguard diligently removed towels from unused sunbeds. They made sure everyone had a fair chance to enjoy the pool area. Their attentiveness contributed to a more relaxed experience.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. the bed was very large and comfortable and the corner balcony provided partial sea views. It was lovely. breakfast was fantastic with ever changing options. the outdoor sun lounge area offered great sea views, towels, loungers and umbrellas were provided.
The music from nearby bars was audible until late. It was a slight disturbance.

The staff were friendly and always helpful. they responded quickly to requests and provided information. their positive attitude added greatly to the quality of my stay. It was very good.

The pool was clean and well-kept. Access was easy. the location opposite the beach and close to restaurants was ideal. i found the provided amenities, such as towels and loungers, very convenient, though the wifi was quite expensive, i found.

the layout at the pool and lounge area seemed acceptable to me.
our apartment balcony faced a concrete wall, blocking the sun. the location on top of a steep hill was tougher than i expected. overall, i regret my visit.

The breakfast had a great selection and it was tasty. The sea view from my room was special. Staff members were kind and professional. Soledad and Silke were really cute with my daughter, so nice of them.
Our buggy couldn't fit through the door, and I was told there was no room to move. This was a minor inconvenience, but it affected the beginning of our stay.
