A decent stay overall

The breakfast selection had MANY options. There were high-end ingredients available EVERY day. I tried different meals each morning of my stay. The pool area was also a highlight. There were ample sunbeds . The pool snacks were AMAZING!!!

The sun loungers were always full. It was a PROBLEM for those without a villa. Housekeeping had issues . One night we had no clean towels, another night there was no sheet on the bed, and a further night there was no toilet roll.

i found the staff attentive and friendly. the pool area featured fresh towels on every sunbed. staff recommendations for local dining were accurate. i appreciated the hotel's assistance with arranging a sunset dinner in oia.

free umbrellas attentive staff dirty sunbeds scarce service

The hotel had its own section on the beach with free umbrellas and sunbeds (a real plus!). The staff was very helpful and attentive, we had everything we needed.

The pool seemed poorly organized. Sunbeds looked dirty and very close together. I asked three times a day to repair the shower but the water was everywhere.
