the staff reserved me a table for dinner at check in and that was really helpful. the bed was very comfortable for the night after my travel.

the staff was friendly and helpful. my room was clean and well equipped. i found the restaurant food excellent.
The shower wasn't very hot. It was only warm. my room on the 4th floor was quite simple and not really like the pictures. i had to request an extra duvet because the room was cold.

charmed with this stay!

valid parking spacious room buffet breakfast great assortment
i finded a well located hotel. the room overlooked the park. the bed was extra large and the room was very spacious. we parked right outside and the £5 parking was valid. breakfast was buffet style with a great assortment.
the absence of hot chocolate on the tea tray was a slight disappointment. the member of staff mentioned cost cutting. i thought this was unfortunate.

helpful staff spacious room ideal location quiet atmosphere
the hotel staff was very helpful with storing luggage i was able to enjoy an extra day exploring. i found the room spacious with ample storage in both the bedroom and bathroom. the location was ideal with a short walk to the town centre. i also appreciated the quiet atmosphere with windows open.
i noticed slight wear in some areas of the room it looked like minor maintenance could improve the overall appearance.

the hotel is near buildings of around 1900 they exude grandeur of the past. a green boulevard called the leas sits along the hotel and it gives great views. the location is near the train station and has a good bus service to dover.
