solid stay with a couple of minor hiccups

amazing support thoughtful gesture effective communication smooth trip

the team really helped me feel at home. i forgot a charger cable. The staff arranged to have it sent directly to my next destination! i found the communication via their app quite effective. i really appreciated this level of attention. It.

while the overall experience was good, i did find that the gym equipment could use a bit of an update. it wasn't a major issue. the rest of the facilities were great!

The staff showed great support when i forgot my water bottle. They sent it to the airport by taxi. i communicated through their app, lumen. It made everything easy and fast. i appreciated the helpfulness of fatima and hilmi, who were responsive and were great. the hotel is very clean and the staff is always ready to serve and assist.

amazing support helpful staff

I found the support from the team amazing. They sent my forgotten water bottle to the airport by taxi! fatima and hilmi offered really good help, and i contacted them easily through their lumen app. the hotel offered excellent service and had very helpful staff.

the hotel had some mirrors in the room dirty and full of finger prints, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

This hotel is five-star. The facilities are maintained well. I found the staff cute. The live music provided daily was enjoyable. I really liked the spacious hall. There was a lot of entertainment for children to do.
